Rooted in the unique light and vastness of the Southwestern horizon, his practice reflects an ongoing dialogue between the natural environment and contemporary modes of representation. Bodelson’s work often reimagines the terrain of the desert as both subject and metaphor—a space where time, technology, and memory intersect.For Horizon Mount, Bodelson continues his investigation into spatial tension and sensory ambiguity, creating works that blur the boundaries between observation and invention.
